Post one photo a day. Keep it clean — no nudity or NSFW content. By uploading, you let us display your photos on the site and promote the service. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to. We can remove content or accounts that violate these terms. You must be at least 16 to use the service.
By creating an account on one frame a day ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
one frame a day is a photographic diary platform. Users may upload one photo per day with a short title. All diaries are publicly visible.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content to the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This includes displaying your photos on the site, in diary feeds, and in promotional materials for the service (such as social media posts or screenshots).
This license ends when you delete the content or your account. Once deleted, we will not use your content for any further purpose, though cached or archived copies on third-party services (such as search engines) are outside our control.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
We may offer optional print products — such as postcards, books, or zines — that turn your diary entries into physical items mailed to you. These products are made from your own photos and are ordered by you.
To fulfill print orders, we share the relevant photos and your shipping address with third-party print and fulfillment partners (currently Stannp and Prodigi). These partners process your data solely to produce and deliver your order. Payment is handled by Stripe.
We do not use your photos to create print products for others or for our own commercial purposes. Print products are only produced at your request and shipped to you.
You agree not to upload content that:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where possible, we will notify you and provide a reason for the action taken.
If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello@oneframe.day with a description of the copyrighted work and the infringing material. We will remove infringing content promptly.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or your violation of these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the service (which is zero).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes on the site for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
